Introducing The Meats
The stars of the show in the BBQ world, all of our meats are prepared daily in our kitchen. We can sell them by themselves or as part of a full meal with sides and fixins. Prices shown are by the Half Pound but you are welcome to get more or less to suit your liking. These prices include your choice of sauce, pickles onions and bread.
Smoked Beef Brisket
