The Smokehouse was a longtime part of the Uncle Dan’s tradition, offering classic American favorites alongside our Texas BBQ. Known especially for its lineup of Smoke House Hamburgers, the menu featured everything from old-fashioned burgers with mustard, pickles, tomato and onion to Uncle Dan’s signature creations piled high with chili, cheese, hickory BBQ sauce and all the fixings.
Favorites like The Works, Texas Special and The Thing were served alongside crispy fries, onion rings, fried okra and other classic sides.
Today, you can enjoy many of these same Smokehouse-inspired favorites at The Lake Air Grill, located inside Uncle Dan’s BBQ at our Lake Air Drive location.
